CHILL MOVIES LLP (“Chill,” “We,” “Us”) operates CHILL, a premium video-on-demand platform offering a wide range of shows, movies, and entertainment content, including: • Advertisement-supported content (free to view) • Subscription-based, ad-free content Our catalog spans multiple genres such as action, comedy, drama, and thriller. 1. User Agreement These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Chill’s services (“Services”), including our website, mobile apps, smart TV apps, and related features. This Agreement should be read with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by: • this Agreement, • the Privacy Policy, and • any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. 2. Conditions and Restrictions for Use You agree not to: • Access or use non-public areas of the Services or Chill’s systems • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities • Use automated means to access or extract data • Forge headers or identifiers • Interfere with or disrupt the Services • Use VPNs or other means to conceal your location Chill may monitor, suspend, or terminate access at its discretion. 9. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chill, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any losses, damages, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: • Your breach of this Agreement • Your violation of any law or third-party rights • Any misuse of your account This obligation survives termination of this Agreement. 10. Contests and Promotions Contests, promotions, or surveys are subject to separate rules. By participating, you agree to those rules, which are incorporated into this Agreement. 11. Copyright Policy Chill respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please provide: 1. Your signature 2. Details of the work infringed 3. Identification of the infringing material 4. Your contact information 5. A statement of good faith belief the use is unauthorized 6. A statement that information provided is accurate and you are authorized to act Chill reserves the right to remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. 12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability A. No Warranties Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Chill disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. B. Third-Party Links Chill is not responsible for third-party sites or content. C. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Chill’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 6 months. 13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to change or update information without notice. No update implies all information is current. 14. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions If you submit comments, ideas, or materials, Chill may use them without obligation to you. You warrant: • Submissions do not violate any rights or laws • Submissions are free from viruses or harmful code Chill assumes no liability for user content. 15. Relationship You and Chill are independent parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement is governed by Indian law. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. 17. General Terms Waiver and Severability: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective. Entire Agreement: This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Chill. Changes: We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Survival: Sections regarding intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination. 18. LIVE EVENT POLICY/Content Moderation Policy This Content Moderation Policy is designed to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment on our platform. Certain curse words and profanities are pre-programmed to be automatically filtered or flagged. Content containing hate speech, harassment, discriminatory language, threats, abuse, or incitement to violence is strictly prohibited and may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension. Moderation Actions Platform administrators have full discretion to address policy violations. Depending on the severity of the offense, they may: • Issue warnings • Temporarily restrict or suspend user accounts • Permanently ban users For minor infractions, restrictions may be applied for a specific duration. Repeated or severe violations can lead to permanent bans without prior notice.
