Information about refunds and billing
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to CHILL MOVIES LLP platforms, including without limitation the “Chill” website, mobile applications, and other related online features (collectively referred to as the “Site(s)/App(s)”).

1. Non-Refundable Payments
All subscription fees and other charges paid to Chill for access to content and services are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is purchased, no partial or full refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. You will continue to have access to the subscribed content until the end of the applicable subscription period.
2. Technical Transaction Failures
If, due to a technical error during an online transaction, your payment does not complete successfully, the amount will automatically be reversed to your original payment method by the with in 7 business days payment gateway. No manual intervention is typically required.
If you do not see the refund reflected in your account within 7 business days, please contact us with your transaction details for assistance.
3. Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by your credit card issuer or bank:
• Your service and/or subscription may be suspended immediately and without notice.
• You will be liable for any chargeback fees incurred by us, as well as any outstanding balances.
• Service will not be restored until all fees and dues are settled in full.
Important: Requesting a chargeback or opening a payment dispute for a valid charge is considered fraudulent activity and is not an appropriate or legal method to obtain a refund. Instead, please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
4. No Refunds or Credits
All plans purchased on Chill are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
• Partial use of service
• Downgrades or cancellations
• Unused or remaining subscription periods

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept this Refund Policy.
